The 1940/41 season was the second staging of the ice hockey championship in the occupied Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia ; the championship this season was called Národní liga (National League). This served as a replacement for the Czechoslovak 1st division, which did not take place during the war years . Champion became the I. ČLTK Prague . The players Jan Plocek from LTC Prague and Miroslav Sláma from Master I. ČLTK Prague were joint top scorer with nine goals each.

The six teams met in an easy round. The championship leader was at the end of the season. The last placed was relegated. The teams received two points for a win, one for a draw and none for a defeat.
