The season 1942/43 was the fourth edition of the ice hockey championship in the occupied Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia ; the championship this season was called Národní liga (National League). This served as a replacement for the Czechoslovak 1st division, which did not take place during the war years . Master was LTC Prague . As in the previous year, the top scorer in the league was Jaroslav Drobný from I. ČLTK Prague , who scored six goals in his team's five games.

The six teams met in an easy round. The championship leader was at the end of the season. The last placed was relegated. The teams received two points for a win, one for a draw and none for a defeat.
