National League A (electric wheelchair hockey) 2017/18

The 2017/18 season was the fifth season of the National League A in Powerchair Hockey in Switzerland. For the first time since the foundation of the National League A, the Iron Cats Zurich II a team rose to the highest league. Five rounds with four teams each were played. The first team of the Iron Cats from Zurich secured their third championship in the National League on May 5, 2018, superior and without defeat and with 191:17 goals. Only their first game against Rolling Thunder Bern they just won 5: 4, all other games clearly went to the Zurich. The second team from Zurich was able to stay in the top league thanks to a surprising 12:11 against Rolling Thunder Bern. The Whirldrivers from Lausanne had to give Fortfait on the last match day and slipped to last place because of the poor goal difference and will play in the National League B next season top division.
