The 1970 season was the 4th regular season of the second highest division in Swiss small-field handball .
mode
This season, 14 teams are playing in two groups in the " everyone against everyone " mode with a home or away game. The winners of the two groups play in the final for the National League B championship and promotion to National League A in 1971 . If a team that is the second team of a club becomes champions, there is also a promotion game, in which the second of the group inherits the place. In the event of a tie, the better goal difference decides.
