Natural body

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A natural body is understood in the narrower sense to be minerals , meteors , erratic blocks , fossils and remains of people, animals and plants from historical times, provided they are the subject of archaeological research.

Natural bodies are things that generally occur in multiple numbers in nature. As a rule, these are not tied to any other type of property acquisition and no special permit is required for property acquisition (for example, as for the mining of mineral resources ). Natural bodies are things that usually have not previously belonged to another person. They have not been lost beforehand and have not been hidden (demarcation from the treasure ).

As a rule, the individual natural body has no special market value (but for example a lover value ).

Today, the soil is also referred to as a natural body, as it is also a valuable asset that cannot be restored after its destruction.
