Nebmaatre , also Neb-maat-Re , is the name of an ancient Egyptian petty king who presumably ruled Middle Egypt during the Hyksos reign ( 16th Dynasty ) .
His throne name is recorded on a copper ax blade from a grave of the pan- burial culture (Nubian cattle herders) in Mostagedda and perhaps also on a scarab . Amenhotep III , a later king ( pharaoh ) of the 18th dynasty bore the same throne name.
