Nedschroef ( Dutch Ned for Nederland / "Netherlands" and schroef / "screw") is a company headquartered in Helmond , the Netherlands.

The Nedschroef Group consists of 26 companies with branches in 14 countries. The core activities are the development, manufacture, purchase and sale of fasteners for the automotive industry and its suppliers and machines and machine tools for hot and cold forming of steel, mainly for suppliers to the automotive industry.

Nedschroef has been manufacturing fasteners since it was founded in 1894. The first plant in Helmond produced rivets for the shipbuilding industry. Nedschroef Holding was granted the royal certificate for its centenary.
