Nemzeti SC , NSC for short , was a Hungarian football club from Budapest . He played a total of 21 years in the first Hungarian league, the Nemzeti Bajnokság .
history
The Nemzeti Sport Club ( German National Sports Club ) was founded on July 3, 1906. In 1909 he rose to the first Hungarian league, the Nemzeti Bajnokság , for the first time . With third place in the 1909/10 season, he achieved the best result in his club's history. In the following years, the club fought to stay in class and finally had to relegate at the end of the 1913/14 season . In 1919 the club returned to the House of Lords, but rose again immediately at the end of the season . In 1924 Nemzeti managed to rise again and was one of the founding members of the Hungarian professional league in 1926; the name was changed for this to Nemzeti Sportkedvelők Clubja ( German National Club of Sportsmen ). He belonged to the league without interruption until 1940 and celebrated his greatest successes with two fifth places in the seasons 1930/31 and 1936/37 . In 1946 it disbanded.
