The Nemzeti Bajnokság 1913/14 was the 13th season in the history of the highest Hungarian football league . MTK Budapest became champion for the third time .

    Vidéki Bajnokság

    The teams outside Budapest determined the participants in the finals for the country championship, which was to be held in Budapest, in six regional groups.

    Group south

    The group south played in two seasons with a total of 21 teams. Group winner was Temesvári Kinizsi SE , which prevailed 1-0 in the final against Szegedi AK .

    Danubia group

    The group Danubia was played with 17 teams in three relays. Due to the outbreak of the First World War , however, not all games were played and only the Győr season was played to the end. Group winner was Tatabányai SC , which was able to prevail in the final against Pécsi AC and Pozsonyi TE .

    Transylvania group

    The groups Transylvania played with eleven teams in a relay that was won by Kolozsvári AC .

    Group north

    The group north played with 21 teams in three seasons. In the final round to win the group Losonci AC prevailed against Diósgyőr-Vasgyári TK and Kassai AC .

    Group east

    The group east was played with 14 teams in two relays. In the group final Ungvári AC sat against Nagyváradi AC after Nagyvárad was no longer available after a 1-1 in the first game due to the First World War for the replay.

    Pest-Land group

    The Pest-Land group saw 14 teams in two seasons. Group winner was Rákoscsabai TK with a 2-0 in the group final against Szolnoki MÁV SE .

    Finals

    Due to the outbreak of the First World War , the final round was not held.

    Endgame

    The final of the all-Hungarian championship was not played.
