The Nemzeti Bajnokság 1945 was the 42nd season in the history of the highest Hungarian football league . Újpest Budapest became champion for the sixth time . Due to the Second World War and the associated fighting in the country, only teams from Budapest could participate. The games were played in the spring of 1945.
