Neon Synthesis
Neon Synthesis is an Italian synth-rock and nu-metal band from the Brescia black scene .
history
The band was formed in April 2004. The members, Johnny Thyper ( vocals ), Mike Kadmon ( electric guitar ), Fede ( synthesizer ), Alison Rayn ( electric bass ) and Phil ( drums ) were able to gain experience in various underground bands. The name of the group has no special meaning, but is intended to allude to the cold, synthetic and artificial group sound. The group members themselves name numerous musical influences.
In 2005, Neon Synthesis contributed a Depeche Mode cover version of Everything Counts to Depeche Mode's first Italian tribute album . On April 27, 2006, they released a self-produced album entitled Our Empty Rooms , which contains 10 songs. The second album, a concept album , titled Alchemy of Rebirth , was released on February 29, 2009.
