Nepherites II was the fourth and last ancient Egyptian king ( pharaoh ) of the 29th Dynasty (late period). Presumably he was the son and successor of Hakor (Achoris) and a grandson of Nepherites I.

He could only live for four months from June / July to September / October 379 BC. BC claim on the Egyptian throne and was then deposed by Nectanebos I , the founder of the 30th Dynasty . There are no monuments of Nepherites II, but he is listed in Manetho and the so-called Demotic Chronicle .
