Nespaqaschuty was an Egyptian , Upper Egyptian vizier , who in the 26th dynasty lived and I. Psammetich officiated.

Nespaqaschuty (sometimes referred to as Nespaqaschuty D to distinguish him from other viziers of the same name) was the son of Nespamedu , who was also a vizier. His grandfather Nespaqaschuty (C) was also a vizier. He came from an influential family, whose members held high offices for several generations. Nespaqaschuty is known from a number of statues that he had exhibited in the Karnak temple in Thebes . In Thebes he had a grave (TT312), which was a complex of the Middle Kingdom , which he used again and had richly decorated with reliefs .
