Neue Narrative is a German-language business magazine that deals with new work and a "life-saving economy", according to its own presentation with "stories from a new, ego-free world of work that invite you to tackle, imitate and think further".

The magazine covers topics from the areas of new work , agile working methods, new business concepts, social entrepreneurship , corporate social responsibility (CSR) and responsible management. The magazine also deals with economic and socio-political topics, contains interactive elements such as methods and instructions as well as reports, case studies and interviews from practice. All content is written in gender-sensitive language with the gender asterisk .
Each issue has a thematic focus that is dealt with in the context of work, such as power, meaning, leadership, taking a break, responsibility, correct arguments, secrets and transparency or ego.

history
The magazine originated from the group TheDive in Berlin. The first edition was funded through crowdfunding . Right from the start, the editorial team is self-organized without an editor-in-chief and in processes based on Scrum . In 2017 she produced a zero number with the slogan "Work, Life, Being". Due to the positive response, the editorial team launched the first issue on December 7th, 2017, since then with the slogan "Work. Economy. We".
Frequency of publication
Since the first edition in December 2017, three editions have been published each year, in 2019 with a circulation of 15,000 copies. The print version is printed on 100 percent recycled natural paper and at a Cradle to Cradle printer. The magazine is self-published by NN Publishing GmbH. It is based in Berlin.
