The New Synagogue was the largest of at least 25 synagogues in the Polish city ​​of Częstochowa .

description

The sacred building was built in the classicist style between 1899 and 1909 and destroyed on December 25, 1939. The ruins of the synagogue were demolished on December 31, 1954, in order to build the Częstochowa Philharmonic on the foundations of the synagogue between 1955 and 1965 .
