The Neue Zeitschrift für Verkehrsrecht ( NZV ) is a monthly legal journal . It is published by the Munich publishing house CH Beck in an edition of 2,800 copies and has been published since 1988. In the NZV , new case law of road traffic law is discussed and subject-specific articles are printed. The current editor is Matthias Quarch, presiding judge at the regional court. The magazine is aimed primarily at legal practitioners such as judges and specialist lawyers , but also at insurance companies, bus, freight forwarding and taxi companies.
