The People's Fedajin Guerrilla Iran ( Persian چريک‌های فدایی خلق ایران Tscherik-hayeh Fadaeyeh Chalgheh Iran , IPFG) is a Marxist-Leninist guerrilla organization in Iran .

history

The group was founded in 1979 after Ashraf Dehghani left the People's Fedajin Guerrilla Organization of Iran ( OIPFG ). Ashraf Deghani accused the OFPG of having distanced itself from the armed struggle.

After the Islamic Revolution in 1979, the People's Fedajin split into 19 smaller groups; the largest groups are the Fedayeen Organization ( aghaliat ) and the People's Fedayeen Organization of Iran (majority) (OVFI (M) - aksariat ), with the majority having distanced themselves from armed struggle and tending towards reformism , while the minority still has revolutionary goals tracked.
