The building ensemble Neuenhaus 5, 5a is a listed group of half-timbered houses in the Ennepetal district of Neuenhaus . According to the inscription, the main building at Neuenhaus 5 dates to 1693.

The ensemble of buildings is located in the Ennepe valley at the level of the Ennepetal leisure pool near Gut Ahlhausen .
The main building Neuenhaus 5 is two-storey and has an irregular half-timbered structure on the south-east side with sword bands running in opposite directions . Newer windows are without bars, the older ones with bars . The gable roof is steep and covered with glazed tiles, wood clad the gable triangles . The verges are verschiefert .
A little further towards the Ennepe is the Neuenhaus 5a annex, also a half-timbered house. The external appearance is similar in its style elements to that of the main building. The gable roof has been towed to the west.
