Armory (Neuss)

Zeughaus in Neuss

The armory is located on Freithof in Neuss near the Quirinus Minster . It goes back to a monastery of the Observants built from 1637 . In 1802 it became the property of the city of Neuss. From 1815 it was rented to the Prussian state , which used it as an armory until around 1855 . The property was later used as a concert hall, school and theater hall. Today it is - like the Neuss town hall - in the hands of "Neuss Marketing".
