Neustraße 18 (Lutherstadt Wittenberg)
Neustraße 18 is a listed residential building in Lutherstadt Wittenberg in Saxony-Anhalt .
It is located in the old town of Lutherstadt Wittenberg on the east side of Neustraße.
The two-storey plastered building was built in the middle of the 19th century in half-timbered construction. The courtyard building to the east is also part of the monument. The building is the last evidence of the original development on Neustraße, which was characterized by craftsmen and the petty bourgeoisie . The house is covered by a gable roof .
In the local register of monuments , the house is listed as a monument under registration number 094 35988 . The building is currently (as of 2019) in need of renovation.
