New Radicals was an American band formed in 1997 by Gregg Alexander in Los Angeles .
Career
In 1997 the band signed a recording deal with MCA Records and released their only album in October 1998, Maybe You've Been Brainwashed Too . Alexander acted as a singer, songwriter and producer.
The album was a great success, the best known being the single You Get What You Give . Then Alexander surprisingly disbanded the band and has since concentrated on his work as a producer.
2008 took Alexander, the former New Radicals Member Danielle Brisebois and also to the recordings of 've Maybe You Been Brainwashed Too involved Rick Nowels and Rusty Anderson under the name The Not so Silent Majority song Obama rock , with which they supported the election campaign of presidential candidate Barack Obama .
