history

Nexinto emerged from Easynet GmbH in 2013. Easynet was founded in 1994 as an IT service company in Germany and England. The focus was initially on the managed network market.

At the end of the 1990s, Easynet concentrated on operating e-commerce systems. Further data centers were opened in Germany by 2008 in order to expand the company's range of services. With the help of the investor LDC, the portfolio then grew to include further managed networks and managed hosting services for global business customers.

In addition to management, the owners of Nexinto included Lloyds TSB Development Capital, a subsidiary of the Lloyds Banking Group. A year later, Nexinto launched a new cloud product, the Nexinto Business Cloud . In autumn 2017, Nexinto was taken over by PlusServer .

Most recently, the company had primarily specialized in the development of continuous deployment processes and microservices architectures in the cloud environment, as well as in the construction and operation of highly available IT platforms.

Nexinto GmbH was merged with PlusServer GmbH in autumn 2018.
