Nguyễn Văn Tâm

Nguyễn Văn Tâm (* 1892/3; † November 23, 1990 ) was a South Vietnamese politician.

Career

Nguyễn Văn Tâm was a minister in the Nguyễn dynasty . He was Prime Minister from June 25, 1952 to December 16, 1953.

He was called the "Tiger of Cai Lay" because he eliminated communist groups in the region. He was succeeded by Prince Nguyen Phuc Buu Phuc .

His son, General Nguyen Van Hinh , was the head of the Vietnamese National Army .
