The Ni'iinlii Njik (Fishing Branch) Territorial Park is a 5355.02 km² provincial park in the northwest of the Canadian Yukon Territory . The park is about 150 miles north of Dawson as the crow flies . It is the largest of the Yukon's Territorial Parks .
The park is an IUCN Category Ib ( wilderness area ) protected area .
Due to its remote location and the lack of connection to the public road network, only a few visitors visit the park.

The park is north of the Arctic Circle and encloses Bear Cave Mountain and, east of the mountain, the Ni'iinlii Njik Ecological Reserve . In the southwest, the Ni'iinlii Njik Habitat Protection Area borders the park. The park is traversed by the Fishing Branch , a source of the Porcupine River .
