Nicholas John Albert Fairfax, 14th Lord Fairfax of Cameron (born January 4, 1956 ) is a British barrister .

He is the son of Thomas Fairfax, 13th Lord Fairfax of Cameron and his wife Sonia Helen Gunston. When his father died in 1964, at the age of 8, he inherited the title of Lord Fairfax of Cameron and the associated seat in the House of Lords . He first visited the Eton College and then studied law at Downing College of the University of Cambridge . Since 1977 he has been a member of Gray's Inn , one of the four English bar associations ( Inns of Court ) in London. He is a member of the board of directors of Sowkomflot . In 1982 Fairfax married Annabel Morriss, with whom he has three sons. After the House of Lords Act 1999 he lost his inherited parliamentary seat. On November 24, 2015, Lord Fairfax of Cameron won the by-election, which had become necessary after the death of Edward Douglas-Scott-Montagu, 3rd Baron Montagu of Beaulieu , and was able to move into the House of Lords again.
