Nicholas Kallsen

Nicholas Kallsen (born 1966 or 1967, † April 2015 in Thailand ) was an American actor in film and television. He played roles in films like Teen Lover and The Seventh Coin .

life and career

After attending the Browning School, a boys' school in Manhattan , Kallsen first appeared in the theater production A Delicate Situation . The play was penned by Eve Goldfarb and directed by Mary B. Robinson.

In 1988 Nicholas Kallsen shot a commercial for jeans for Levi Strauss & Co. and starred in an episode of the TV series CBS Schoolbreak Special . In 1989 he had a small role in Cameron Crowe's romantic comedy before he played the character of Peter 'T-Bone' Trigg in six episodes in the series Glory Days in 1990 together with Spike Alexander and his friend and roommate Brad Pitt .

After Kallsen auditioned for the role of JD in Ridley Scott's road movie Thelma & Louise in 1991 and the part eventually went to Brad Pitt, Kallsen's career dried up. Only in 1993 he was seen again in Dror Soref's adventure film The Seventh Coin in the role of Sammy.

Kallsen died in Thailand at the end of April 2015 at the age of 48 as a result of a drug overdose.
