Nicholas Ivan "Nick" Thune (born December 8, 1979 in Seattle ) is an American actor , comedian and musician .

Career

Thune came to Los Angeles at the age of twenty-four. He has appeared as a stand-up comedian on the Late Show with David Letterman , the Tonight Show, and Comedy Central Presents, among others . His debut album Thick Noon was released in 2010 on Comedy Central Records . Folk Hero followed in 2014, followed by the album Good Guy on Comedy Dynamics in 2017 . As an actor, he has had roles in television films and series (most recently in three episodes of Love Life , 2020) and cameo appearances in feature films such as Judd Apatow's Knocked Up ( First Time , 2007). He played a title role in Bill Watterson's comedy Dave Made a Maze (2017).
