Nicola Marconi (born November 12, 1978 in Rome ) is an Italian diver . He starts for the SS Lazio Nuoto in the disciplines artificial jumping from the 1 m and 3 m board as well as in the 3 m synchronized jumping. Marconi is the brother of the equally successful water diver Maria Marconi and his dubbing partner Tommaso Marconi .

He has participated in three Olympic Games . On the 3 m board, he finished 26th in Sydney in 2000 , 20th in Athens in 2004 and 14th in Beijing in 2008. In 2000, he was eighth in synchronized jumping with Donald Miranda .

Marconi has won numerous medals at European Swimming Championships . In individual competitions he won gold at the European Championships in Berlin in 2002 and silver in Madrid in 2004 , both in jumping from the 1 m board. In synchronized competitions from the 3 m board, he achieved six other medals. With Donald Miranda he won bronze at the European Championships in Seville in 1997 and gold in Istanbul in 1999 . He then jumped to bronze with his brother Tommaso in Berlin in 2002, in Budapest in 2006 and in Turin in 2009 . At the 2004 European Championships in Madrid, the duo became European champions.
