Nicolas Gistou
Nicolas Gistou ( Nicolas Gistow , * around 1560 in Brussels ; † July 19, 1609 in Copenhagen ) was a Danish composer.
Little is known about Gistou's living conditions. From 1598 he was alto in the chapel of the Danish King Christian IV. Two madrigals , two pavans and two gaillards of his compositions have come down to us.
