Nicolaus Robele

Nicolaus Robele (* in Lübeck ; † 1433 ibid) was a merchant and councilor of the Hanseatic city of Lübeck.

Life

Nicolaus Robele was the son of Marquard Robele, a citizen of Lübeck. In 1428 he was elected to the Lübeck council. At Trinity 1429 he was a member of the patrician circle society . He was born in 1412 with Sophie. Ascheberg († 1421), the widow of the member of the New Council from 1408 and mayor Hermann von Alen , who was buried in the grave of her first husband in Lübeck's Marienkirche . He is listed several times as a documentary witness in Lübeck citizens' wills . He lived in the house at Johannisstrasse 20 in Lübeck , which his wife had brought in from their first marriage.
