Nicole Forster
Nicole Förster (* 1974 or 1975 as Nicole Lichtenheldt ) is a former German child actress who became famous for the role of "Carola Huflattich" in the GDR children's film Das Schulgespenst .
Life
In 1985 the director Rolf Losansky was looking for a leading actress for his film adaptation of the children's book Das Schulgespenst by Peter Abraham . Förster, at that time under her birth name Lichtenheldt, took part in a casting in Frankfurt (Oder) and got the main role of "Carola Huflattich". This role was her only one. After reunification , she applied to an acting school, but was turned down for reasons of age. She then went to London as an au pair and studied graphic design. She worked in London for several years. Today Förster lives and works in Berlin .
Even after her acting career, Förster appears at events where Das Schulgespenst is performed, for example in 2014 she was the guest of honor at the anniversary event of the FILMERNST film service .
