Nicole Hauer (born March 9, 1987 in Freyung ) is a German ski jumper .

Career

Hauer started ski jumping at the age of six in 1993. In 1999 she became Bavarian Forest Champion. In 2001, Hauer came tenth at the German Championships. A year later she was fourth at the German Youth Championships. At the FIS Ladies Grand Prix 2002 she reached 19th place on her home hill in Rastbüchl. In the same year she again reached 10th place at the German championships. In 2003 she competed again at the Grand Prix. On August 24, 2003, she achieved her best individual placement with 17th place in Meinerzhagen . At the German championships in women's ski jumping in 2004 in Meinerzhagen, she managed to jump to 7th place. On February 16, 2005, Hauer made her debut in the Ski Jumping Continental Cup . Already in her second competition in Meinerzhagen in August 2005 she reached the points. She also succeeded in doing this in Breitenberg in February 2006. With the points gained, she finished the 2005/06 season in 55th place in the overall Continental Cup ranking. Also in the following season she won several points, with which she finished 61st place in the overall standings. However, after her no more successes in the Continental Cup in the 2007/08 season , she only started at national level from 2008 onwards. At the German Women's Ski Jumping Championships in Oberhof in 2008 , she achieved 14th place in the individual and, together with Stefanie Reischl as Team Bayern II, 9th place in team jumping.
