Nicoleta-Ancuța Bodnar (born September 25, 1998 ) is a Romanian rower .

Nicoleta-Ancuța Bodnar took fifth place at the Junior World Championships in 2014 and seventh place in the double foursome in 2015 . In 2016 she was fourth in double sculls at the Junior European Championships with Simona Geanina Radiș , at the Junior World Championships she was sixth with eighth .

In 2017 she was seventh with the double foursome at the European Championships in Račice u Štětí . At the U23 World Championships in 2017 , she finished fourth with the double scull. In 2018 she was eighth in the double scull at the U23 World Championships . In 2019 she and Simona Geanina Radiș won the silver medal at the European Championships in Lucerne behind the German boat. At World Cup Finals, the Romanians won ahead of Australia and Canada. At the end of the season, the New Zealanders won ahead of the Romanians at the World Championships in Linz-Ottensheim .
