The remains of the castle Low Allzunah are located in the district Herrmannsacker in the district of Nordhausen in Thuringia .
Location
The abandoned hilltop castle is located 415 meters above sea level on the sloping ridge of Schadewald Castle 200 meters south of it and 1.3 kilometers north of Herrmannsacker. The castle square is elongated oval with a point to the south and surrounded on three sides by the deep moat with the rampart. With the steep eastern flank, the total area is 25 x 50 meters.
The story is closely linked to Schadewald Castle. It belongs to the Allzunah castles .
