Niels Henrik Arendt
Niels Henrik Arendt (born September 23, 1950 in Copenhagen ; † August 24, 2015 ) was a Danish Lutheran bishop of the Danish People's Church .
Life
After finishing school, Arendt studied Protestant theology at the University of Aarhus . He finished his studies in 1974. From 1975 to 1992 he worked as a Lutheran pastor in Denmark . From 1992 to 1999 Arendt was provost at the cathedral in Hadersleben . From 1999 to 2013 Arendt was bishop in the Diocese of Hadersleben .
