Nike Lorenz

Nike Lorenz (born March 12, 1997 in Berlin ) is a German national hockey player .

Nike Lorenz started playing hockey at the Wiesbaden THC . She now plays in the Bundesliga with Mannheimer HC , with which she won the German indoor championship in 2016.

Nike Lorenz has been a youth national player since 2012. She made her debut in the senior national team on September 30, 2014 and has a regular place as a central defender. So far, she has played 71 international matches. At the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro , she won the bronze medal against New Zealand . For this success, she and her team were honored with the Silver Laurel Leaf on November 1, 2016 .
