Niki Tzavela
Niki Tzavela ( Greek Νίκη Τζαβέλλα , born June 30, 1947 in Lamia ) is a Greek politician .
Life
For the Nea Dimokratia she was a member of the Greek Parliament from 1994 to 1996 . She later joined the Laikos Orthodoxos Synagermos (LAOS) party . Tzavela has been a member of the European Parliament since 2009 . From 2011 to 2014 she was chairwoman of the European party Movement for a Europe of Freedom and Democracy . At the beginning of 2014 she left LAOS and is running again for the New Democracy in the 2014 European elections .
