Nikolai Michailowitsch Kochergin
Nikolai Michailowitsch Kotschergin (* 1897 in Moscow , † 1974 in Leningrad ) was a Soviet graphic artist and book illustrator.
Kochergin studied at the Moscow Stroganov School until 1918 . During the civil war, he published propaganda posters and Rosta windows . From 1922 he lived in Petrograd / Leningrad. In 1923 he became a member of the AKhRR Revolutionary Artists Association . After the Second World War he devoted himself to the illustration of children's books.
