Nikolas garlic
Nikolas Knoblauch (in Italy also Nikolas Suppa ) (born August 17, 1995 in Böhmenkirch ) is a German - Italian football player .
career
Knoblauch, whose Italian father Vincenzo Suppa was an American football player, initially practiced football as a youngster and did so at 1. FC Heidenheim and VfR Aalen . He switched to football at the age of 17 and joined the mammoth cake. Later he played Twister with the Holzgerlingen .
The 1.78 meter tall linebacker , who started a teaching degree in English, Italian and sports, switched from second division Holzgerlingen to the Schwäbisch Hall Unicorns in the top German division, the GFL , in the run-up to the 2016 game year . In his first year in Hall he was German runner-up with the team. In the same year Knoblauch, who has German and Italian citizenship and is also known in Italy by the surname Suppa, was appointed to Italy's national team for the first time.
In 2017 he moved into the final of the German championship with Schwäbisch Hall again and secured the title with his teammates (14:13 against the Braunschweig Lions ). At the beginning of the 2018 season, Knoblauch played for the Italian first division club Ancona Dolphins , and in August 2018 he returned to Schwäbisch Hall. In October 2018 he played a decisive role in the Haller's renewed title win in the German championship final and was named the best player of the encounter. In 2019 he reached the runner-up championship with Schwäbisch Hall. In November 2019 he was announced as a new addition by the Milano Seamen .
