Nikolaus Weselik

Nikolaus Sascha Weselik (born February 4, 1966 ) is an Austrian lawyer and author .

Career

Weselik graduated from the University of Vienna with a master's degree in law in 1990 . In 1993 he received his doctorate with the dissertation The Austrian Tobacco Monopoly from an EC legal perspective. He has been working as a lawyer since 1995 and has been a senior partner of the international law firm CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz Rechtsanwälte GmbH , based in Vienna, since 1999 . His professional focus is on construction contract and real estate law, whereby he heads the relevant specialist department in the law firm. In addition to his many years of lecturing and seminars, he is the author or co-author of several specialist books.

In May 2008 Weselik was voted one of the 100 most important people in the real estate industry by the real estate magazine . In the Handelsblatt's Best Lawyers Ranking 2019 , he was once again one of the best lawyers in Austria.
