Nils Saemann
Nils Saemann (born April 15, 1959 in Teterow ) is a German politician ( SPD ) and police officer . He has been a member of the state parliament of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania since September 2011 .
Life
Saemann is a trained locksmith and has been a federal police officer since 1990. In the state elections in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in 2011 , he won the direct mandate in the constituency of Güstrow I with 31.1% and was elected to the state parliament for the first time. In 2016 he was re-elected and won the direct mandate again.
Saemann and his wife have a son and a daughter.
