Nina Li Chi
Nina Li Chi ( Chinese 利 智 , Pinyin Lì Zhì ; born December 31, 1961 in Shanghai , People's Republic of China ) is a Chinese actress .
Her father was a well-known drama teacher in Shanghai. In 1981 she moved to Hong Kong and worked in a furniture store before going to the United States to study. She graduated with a degree in economics. In 1986 she was elected Miss Asia in Hong Kong and began to act. Within two years she became one of the highest paid actresses in Hong Kong. During her short career, she has played with stars like Jackie Chan , Chow Yun-Fat , Samuel Hui and Sammo Hung Kam-Bo . In 1992 she retired from acting. In 1999 she married the actor Jet Li . You have two children.
