Nina Steinhauer (born November 9, 1996 ) is a German telemarker .

Career

Steinhauer won the silver medal in the pupil category at the 2011 International German Telemark Championships. A year later, she won the gold medal at the first Open Swabian Telemark Championships in 2012. She also won the gold medal in the youth category at the International German Telemark Championships in 2012. On January 12, 2013 , she made her debut in the Telemark World Cup . She was able to establish herself in her first season and finished in the top ten four times. In the overall World Cup she finished ninth, in the Classic 13th place, in the Classic Sprint in ninth place and in the parallel sprint in 11th place. At her first Junior World Championships in 2013 in Vallée de Chamonix , she finished sixth in the Classic Sprint and seventh in the Classic. At her first World Championships in 2013 in Espot , she finished in the top twelve in all three races. She finished fifth in her third participation in the International German Telemark Championships in 2013.
