Ninho (born April 2, 1996 in Yerres , Île-de-France ; real name William Nzobazola ) is a French rapper .

life and career

As the son of Congolese parents, Ninho grew up in Yerres and Nemours in Seine-et-Marne . He started rapping at the age of twelve.

In 2013 he released his first mixtape Ils Sont Pas Au Courant Vol. 1 . En attendant ISPAC 2 followed in the following year , as well as ISPAC 2 and MILS in 2016. His debut album Comme prévu was only released on September 8, 2017 and immediately hit number one on the French album charts. In the week of its release alone, the album sold over 30,000 times. By 2018, the project had sold more than 300,000 units and was awarded triple platinum . One year after the release of the mixtape MILS 2.0 , a sequel to the mixtape MILS (2016), his second album Destin was released on March 22, 2019 . It contained collaborations with artists such as Niska , Dadju and Jul. In cooperation with the streaming service Deezer , fans were given the opportunity to listen to songs from the album on treadmills days in advance of the Gare Saint-Lazare in Paris . At the same time as the album was released, the video Paris c'est magique was uploaded to YouTube and reached over a million views within a few hours. In the first three days, Destin was able to sell over 26,000 units.
