Niska (born April 6, 1994 in Villeneuve-Saint-Georges , Département Val-de-Marne ; real life Stanislas Dinga Pinto ) is a French rapper .

life and career

Niska was born to Congolese parents and spent his childhood in Champtier-du-Coq à Évry . The stage name Niska results from a play on words of his real name Stanislas . At the age of only 16, he became the father of a son in 2010.

In 2014 he received his first attention by uploading freestyle raps and his own songs on the YouTube platform . His first mixtape Charo Life was released on October 2nd, 2015. Only six months later, he released his debut album Zifukoro and immediately reached number three on the French album charts. The project included collaborations with artists such as Booba and Maître Gims . With the publication of the title Réseaux in July 2017, he was also number one in the French single charts for the first time and was able to defend the top position for eleven weeks. Only a little later he climbed to the top of the French album charts with the album Commando . His third studio album Mr Sal was released in September 2019 . Just a week after it was released, it was also number one on the singles and album charts.
