Nino Bizzarri
Nino Bizzarri (* 1949 in Teramo ) is an Italian film director and screenwriter .
Life
Bizzarri, who had worked as assistant director to Roberto Rossellini , made several independent films between 1976 and 1978, of which Memoria di parte made it to the cinema. He then turned to travel and writing before returning with two films in 1985 and 1987; only in the new millennium did another follow. He has been making documentaries for RAI since the mid-1990s . His films were nominated twice for the David di Donatello .
