Noé da Silva Ximenes

Noé da Silva Ximenes (born November 9, 1969 in Bahu , Baucau , Portuguese Timor ), battle name Buka Tuir , is a politician from East Timor . He is a member of the Partidu Libertasaun Popular (PLP).

Career

Ximenes in Parliament (2020)

Ximenes holds a diploma (D3) in bank management. He was regional director of the Ministry of Public Works (Ministru Obras Públikas MOP) .

In the 2017 parliamentary elections , Ximenes failed to rank 20th on the PLP's electoral list. In the early elections in 2018 , Ximenes was ranked 26th in the Aliança para Mudança e Progresso (AMP), to which the PLP also belongs, and made it into the national parliament of East Timor . Here he is deputy group leader of the PLP.

On July 4, 2018, Ximenes was elected Vice-President of the Parliamentary Commission on Education, Health, Social Security and Gender Equality (Commission F).
