No Keo Kuman (also Phra Nga Nakhon (Nakorn) Noi Hno Mueang Keo Koumane, full throne name Somdet Brhat Vora Ratana Dharmapasuta Sethakassa Atsamachandra Suvarna Samudhi Khakharattanasara Raja Bupati ; * 1571 in Vientiane ; † 1596 to 1596 ) was between 1571 and 1596 King of Lan Xang .

No Keo Kuman was born as Prince ( Brhat-Angka Negara Nawi ) Nu Mueang Kaeva Kumara ( Phra Nga Nakhon Noi Hno Mueang Keo Kuman ) and was the son of King Sai Setthathirath I (r. 1548–1571). He was declared king in 1571 after the disappearance of his father and placed under the reign of his maternal grandfather Phra Nga Sen Sulintara Lusai . This ousted him from the throne in 1572 and sent him to Burma in 1575 , where he received training in Pegu , as was the case with many members of the vassal states of Burma, see e.g. B. Naresuan .

In 1582, King of Lan Xang Nakhon Noi was forced and sent to Burma as a prisoner. He was hated by the people for his cruelty. After Nakhon Noi there was an 8 year interregnum and a period of severe instability. No Keo Kuman has always been regarded by the people as the rightful king, and after he was old enough in 1590 a delegation was sent to Pegu to seek his reinstatement from King Nandabayin . No Keo Kuman was released and crowned in Vientiane the following year. In 1593 he declared Lan Xang's independence and had to endure many attacks by the Burmese. He died in Vientiane in 1596 without leaving a son. His cousin Voravongse II followed him.
