Phra Nga Sen Sulintara Lusai (also Phragna Sen Soulinthara Lusai, full throne name Somdet Brhat-Anya Chao Sumangala Ayala Budhisana Raja Sri Sadhana Kanayudha ; * 1511 in Nong Khai , Siam as Hno Muang; † 1582 in Vientiane ) was between 1572 and 1575 and again King of Lan Chang between 1580 and 1582 .

Phra Nga Sen Sulintara Lusai was called Hno Mueang when he was born and came from a middle-class family. He was educated in Luang Phrabang and later appointed governor of Pakhuai Luang. In 1555 King Sai Setthathirath I awarded him the titles Brhat-Anya Nhote-Lukien and Brhat-Anya Sena Surindra Lujaya . He rose to general . The king married his daughter who gave him the only male heir, Prince No Keo Kuman, gave birth. After Sai Setthathirath's disappearance without a trace in 1571, the only one-year-old No Keo Kuman was appointed the new king and his grandfather Phra Nga Sen Sulintara Lusai was appointed regent for him. In the following year he disempowered the child king and ascended the throne himself.

In 1575 Phra Nga Sen Sulintara Lusai was ousted from the throne by the Burmese and deported to Burma along with a large number of Laotians. At the instigation of the Burmese, his younger brother and Maha Upahat (viceroy) Voravongse I came to the throne as successors . In 1580, after the death of Maha Upahat, the Burmese put him back on the throne. Phra Nga Sen Sulintara Lusai died in 1582 and Nakhon Noi succeeded him. He left two sons and a daughter:

  1. Chaofa Anga (Lo or Ong-Lo), who later ascended the throne as King Phothisarath II (ruled 1623–1627)
  2. Brhat Chaofa Kaeva (Mom Kaeo), later also King of Lan Chang as Mom Kaeo (r. 1627–1633)
  1. the daughter was the fourth wife of King Sai Setthathirath I and disappeared with this in 1571 without a trace
