The Nokia 6150 is a mobile phone released by Nokia in 1998 , which was considered a reference among business phones. It was the first Nokia device to be capable of dual band (GSM 900 / DCS 1800), had an infrared interface , built-in games, a memory for optional ring tones, and a built-in memory for telephone numbers. The lithium-ion battery allowed a readiness of up to two weeks and a talk time of almost 6 hours. Simple logos could be transmitted using the picture SMS function. A later update made the device able to handle T9 text recognition .

As technical relatives (or forerunners) there were the 6110 (GSM 900) and the 6130 (DCS 1800), whereby the 6150 corresponds in design to the 6130. In contrast to the blue-green effect paint of the 6110, the 6150 was kept in the same blue metallic as the 6130. B. red metallic added.

With the advent of the first WAP mobile phones, the 6150 lost its importance. Nokia's first WAP phone was the Nokia 7110 .

The Nokia 6210 can be described as the direct successor .
